How does the payment plan work?

What time are the live calls?

I'll schedule the 4 bonus live calls at times that suit most of the group, and let you know the times before we start. Every call is recorded, so if you can't make one live, you can catch up whenever suits you.

How much time do I need each day?

Just 5 to 15 minutes. The daily practices are short, guided videos made for busy women, and the live calls are recorded so you can watch them in your own time.

How does the money-back guarantee work?

Go through the course: do the daily practices and come to the live calls or watch the recordings. If you're not 100% satisfied, or you don't feel you've learnt practical tools to get out of your head and into your body, email me by Sunday 27 December and I'll give you a full refund.
